Reminder

Lab attendance is required.

The attendance requirement can be seen in the Lab Policies link at the left. The requirement has been in place from the beginning of the semester. Please re-read the information in the Lab Policies if you do not recall the policies.

If you must miss a lab contact your lab instructor and explain your situation. As stated in the Lab Policies a missed lab may be made up at another lab section, space permitting. The other lab sections (and the entire CS schedule) can be seen at http://classes.cs.kent.edu/schedule/.

If you attend another lab you must do one of the following:

  1. Turn in your completed lab report and notes to the instructor in the lab that you attend. That lab instructor will get your report to your lab instructor.
  2. If you do not complete your lab report have the lab instructor of the lab you have attended sign your lab notes. Complete your report and turn it in with your notes, on time, to your lab instructor.

You are expected to attend your regularly scheduled lab. Attending another lab may only to be done due to illness or similar unusual circumstance.

Again, as stated in the Lab Policies:

Lab Reports will not be accepted from those that don't participate in the lab. This will result in a score of 0 for that lab. (Participate in the lab means using the lab time to do the lab work.)
